Where is my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation with all the necessary details. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status online.
How can i return or exchange an item?
We truly hope you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not, you have the right to return items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• They must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
• They must include all original tags and packaging.
• They must not show any signs of wear, stains, odors, or alterations.
• They must include the purchase invoice enclosed in the package.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Submit a return request through our website or contact our customer service at shop@nadetteboutique.com.
- Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions.
- Ship the package to the indicated address using a trackable shipping service.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or there was a shipping error (e.g., the wrong item was sent).
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or model:
• Follow the return procedure to return the original item.
• Place a new order through our website.
• Please note that the item you want to exchange for might be unavailable.
Returns from outside the European Union:
We currently do not accept returns from non-EU countries.
When will i receive my refund?
Once the returned item has been received and its eligibility confirmed, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once a purchase is confirmed, the order immediately moves into the preparation phase. For this reason, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Order preparation time: It takes 2 to 4 business days to prepare your order for shipment. Please note that this time is not included in the delivery timeframe indicated below.
Delivery time:
• Italy: 2–5 business days (after order preparation).
• European Union: 2–10 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout (after order preparation).
• Rest of the world: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally 7–14 business days (after order preparation). Please note that customs clearance may affect delivery times and is beyond our control.
I received a customs fee payment request
When ordering from a non-EU country, VAT is removed from the total order value. An additional fee will be charged to the customer upon the package’s arrival in the destination country.
By purchasing from a non-EU country, you become the importer and are responsible for paying customs duties and VAT (DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid). In these cases, product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
As the recipient, you are responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, or VAT imposed by the country to which the goods are shipped. Payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs.
Since we are unable to provide the exact amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Can I use more than one discount code for a single order?
Discount codes cannot be combined and are not valid on already discounted items.
Can I change my shipping address?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, once you receive the email with the tracking number, you can contact the courier to request a change of address.
How do I choose the right size for me?
We have our own size chart, but for each item we also provide specific measurements in the product description, as fit may vary significantly between pieces.
Here are some tips to help you choose the right size:
Measure your body: Use a measuring tape to measure the following key areas:
• Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, over the nipples.
• Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
• Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips.
• Check the size guide on each product page: each item has its specific measurements listed in the description because fit can vary significantly from one item to another.
• Consider the dress type: If the garment is more fitted, you might want to size up for extra comfort. If it's loose or oversized, your usual size should work fine.
