Welcome to the website www.nadetteboutique.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
NMGC S.R.L., with registered office in Busto Arsizio (Va), via San Michele 15, VAT number 03724240126 (hereinafter referred to as "NMGC S.R.L.") protects the confidentiality of personal data and ensures it is adequately safeguarded from any event that could put it at risk of violation.
The processing of personal data of users will be carried out in Italy and in compliance with the applicable European legislation: European Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR), which regulates the processing of personal data by anyone residing in Italy.

THE POLICY
Each user has the right to the protection of their personal data.
NMGC S.R.L. respects the right of its users to be informed about the collection and methods of processing their personal data. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The personal data that NMGC S.R.L. processes are those provided by the user when placing an order and purchasing a product, and those collected while the user browses or uses the services offered on the Website. The provision of personal data to NMGC S.R.L. and, in particular, of personal information, email address, postal address, credit/debit card and bank details, and phone number is necessary for the achievement of the purposes strictly connected to the use of the Website, its services, and the purchase of products through the Website.
Some of these data may be essential to comply with legal or regulatory obligations or to provide other services offered on the Website.
Failure to provide some of the required data could make it impossible to execute the product purchase contract or to comply correctly with legal and regulatory obligations. The user has the right to obtain from NMGC S.R.L.:

APPLICABLE LAW
This privacy policy is defined on the basis of the GDPR.
The GDPR ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out in respect of the rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data.

CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THE WEBSITE'S PRIVACY POLICY
NMGC S.R.L. may modify or simply update, in whole or in part, the Website’s privacy policy, also in consideration of changes to laws or regulations governing this matter and protecting the rights of users. Changes and updates to the Website's privacy policy will be notified to users on the Website's home page as soon as they are adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the Website in this same section.
NMGC S.R.L. therefore asks the user to regularly access this section to verify the publication of the most recent and updated privacy policy of the Website.

DATA OF A THIRD PARTY FOR SENDING A GIFT
The personal data of a third party (name and address) to whom a product purchased on the Website is to be sent, provided during the purchase process, will be processed exclusively to enable the sending of the product and the fulfillment of the resulting services and obligations by NMGC S.R.L. Such data will be stored only until the product has been delivered to the third party and until the expiration of the period for exercising the purchaser’s right of withdrawal. Subsequently, the data of the third party processed for these purposes will be deleted.
