Shipping Policy

We ship our products within Italy, the European Union, and worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order amount. Below you’ll find all the information regarding shipping:

Italy:
• For orders under €200.00, shipping costs €6.90
• Free shipping for orders over €200.00

European Union:
• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days from warehouse dispatch): €11.99
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days from warehouse dispatch): €20.99

International Shipping (outside the European Union):
• Worldwide Shipping: €35.99
(Note: Customs duties and import fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.)

Order Preparation Time:
It takes 2 to 4 business days to prepare your order for shipment. Please note that this preparation time is not included in the delivery estimates below.

Delivery Times:
• Italy: Delivery takes 2–5 business days (after order preparation)
• European Union: Delivery takes 2–10 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout (after order preparation)
• Rest of the World: Delivery times vary by destination, generally between 7 and 14 business days (after order preparation).
Please note that customs clearance times may affect delivery and are beyond our control.
